The group behind Tracwest Ltd. has been active in Continental and Eastern Europe, Russia and Qatar. Tracwest has and is systematically growing its team and portfolio in both residential and commercial sectors. In residential sector Tracwest is active in the niche market of luxury and grand houses.
In the commercial sector Tracwest Ltd. is planning to enter the high end of the market in 2007.
